Mirror principle states your life is a mirror. The mirror is everywhere. It is all around you. The relationship to now is to you. Be present to now to create a whole other future relation to our true selves. Start mirror work today and first hour of the morning is best.
First exercise is about setting intention for the day. Go to the mirror and greet the day. “I say yes to the day. I am willing to make today the happiest day of my life.” Be willing to avoid daily blur and daily unconscious.
